Is it wrong that I want to nap after my kids drop off at school? I feel quilty since its morning and I just got up. I don't feel like doing anything. I'm in bed having a hard time sleeping. I'm worrying about everything again!

I'm very anxious too, and worrying about everything. I'm scared. I have to go out for an appointment at 1:00 which is so hard to time without a car. It's freezing rain here today and I'm so scared.

I don't think it's wrong...some mom's never change from their PJs so they can do the same....

Took two xanax last night (.5mg in total) and DING I was wide awake at about 3am when it wore off. Does anyone else have that problem? It had to have been the xanax wearing off as lately I've been sleeping through the night and that's the only thing that changed.

Good morning! Feeling fantastic today. Took a shower, doing laundry, reading my books.
Today is my sister's birthday, she works until later tonight. I have a gift for her and a card, hopefully she likes it. I think she will. @Loial, I read about half of the first book on my kindle but just restarted it from the beginning yesterday because it's been a long time since I last read any of it and I forgot the details. Also, I've decided to just stick to learning Italian right now, I can always lean Japanese but trying to learn 2 languages at once is a bit overwhelming. Hope everyone is well! __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Hi Justme! i think youre spot on with the bit about finding more positive things to fill your days. Im in the same boat but im just scraping by atm, i dont feel bored or lonely even though im not doing much. I just know i would be better off doing more. Do you have any ideas of what you might try?

I need a second opinion. My t gave me "homework" to bring a flyer/poster for offering tutoring services. I had wanted to do this to get paid and never follow through on it. The thing is I'm in the dumps and don't feel inspired. I don't know if he's asking too much of me or being helpful. I want to get paid but that's not motivating me right now. Do you think he's wants me to get active and help me?

That's true, I just feel like I don't want to do any more then what I have to. Ugh! But I see your point and he's taking it slow cuz my flyer is almost done. I hate to think of tutoring kids. I'm willing to not work but I'm bored sometimes at home. It is hard getting started.
