i texted my T that i wanna talk about intrusive thoughts about my mom dying. its getting really bad
do other people have fears about their parents or caregivers or people they are close to and love dying and how will we make it through that??????? i cant be the only one... its so scary!!!!! its inevitable i know, i just dont want it to happen. im very aware it will,.... just not anytime soon please. i guess thats whats so scary- you never know when...

Morning guys,
Nice bright day again today, although not as warm... probably average for the time of year though. I'm going to go on a run today... it will be my first run since last July.  Wish me luck.  Having said that I have done a lot of walking recently, so hopefully that'll help a bit. Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi guys, had a great time at Crufts yesterday, I stroked so many dogs!
Applying for jobs today. One done so far. Bf has an early finish from work so that's great as he will be home early afternoon. Seeing my parents tonight. I was avoiding them when I wasn't well but I'm fine now. I bought the pups some baked treats from Crufts so guna give them them tonight Hope everyone has a good day

I hope everyone has a decent day.
Things are really bad here. If I try to tell my therapist what's going on they might want to send me back inpatient. I don't really have the time for that, especially when what's happening here is all real. My "perfect neighbor" said he wants to destroy me. Based on his actions I have no doubt. |

I didn't have my husband light the wood stove and now I'm freezing. I'm going to have to turn up the heat. It's much cooler today.

Today I joined a local online forum for cat owners. The people there are supportive to each other and I can tell from their stories that they love their cats dearly. They discuss about adopting cats, making their own shelter, etc.. After days watching chaos here in there this is really something that calms my mind. Faith to humanity.. Restored!
