About a month or two ago someone I knew who was diagnosed as Schizophrenic went off of meds. To make a story short he killed another person I knew. He is in jail, but I don't think he should be in prison. He knew not what he was doing. Why can't they just hospitalize him permanantly. I miss my friend who was killed, but at the same time I am worried about the other persons treatment
