So I hear voices I don't see things but there have been a few times in the hospital. Were I have seen red objects and also the floor look like water coming towards me but this has only really happened in the hospital. And only like once or twice am I having visual hallucinations or not?

Sounds like it. My visual hallucinations had a much slower onset then my auditory ones. The biggest benefit to that has been as soon as I start hearing voices, even if I can't hear what they are saying yet, I need to go in and have meds changed or adjusted.

For me, I've most commonly seen colours brighter than normal, or objects seeming to stand out more but very occasionally I've seen things sort moving a little. Like my duvet cover on my bed 'breathing' or slight wavy patterning on the ceiling.

I think those are more like illusions though, like the step before actual hallucinations.
