I feel too tired.

Don't know why. What to do?

First thing that comes to mind is meds... nearly all I've been on made me tired to one extent or another.

You started anything new, or increased dosages recently? (sorry, you might have said somewhere but my memory isn't the best right now...)

I don't take meds, and I have had blood test to check iron and similar.

Thank you for answering I don't have anyone to talk with in real life.

Oh so is this something that you have followed up with a doctor if you've had blood tests?

Maybe try going for a walk or something outside? I've always found that perked me up a bit when I was tired on meds. (I know your not, but don't see why it might not work too...)

Don't think there is much to be done really other than find a cause.

Perhaps your dopamine receptors are fried because of psychosis or other mental illment? That might take a while to recover, some anti-depressants help.
