Since Starry died yesterday, I didn't want diamond to be lonely. So I went and got another one today. I named him titanium. It's my favorite cover from Christina Grimmie, who I'm still grieving over.

No. They came like that. They're actually bad for the crabs for the shells to be painted because it chips off and they eat anything and they usually use toxic paint. I have natural shells for them to move into to.

This is titanium. He's shy and didn't want to come out. He's still adjusting moving from the store.

I got another crab.

They're known as a "throw away pet". I'm not sure where you live but you can find stands at the mall with them and like half of the pet stores. I got diamond from the mall and titanium from the pet store, which I didn't even know sold them. They're only $6 usd here. Lots of parents buy them for their kids and they usually don't live long with kids. The oldest known one is 32+ years old! I'd be way too scared to hold it. I got another crab.

I don't think anyone/thing eats them. They like to stay in shells and it's like impossible to get one out. Lol. Except when it's dead. :/ then they fall out because they're not resisting.

You should! They're social creatures. ^_^ they're used to living in colonies of like 100-200! Mine like to crawl over each other. Lol
