The voices want me to send people death threats. They are threatening to kill me if I don't. "It's you or them" they say. My thoughts are racing. I'm scared. I don't feel like I am me right now. Is this even psychosis?

I'm sorry that you're having those scary voices.

Do you take an anti-psychotic?

Yes, it sounds like psychosis. Have you experienced these voices before? If not, you should go to the nearest hospital.
Thanks for this!

Yes, I have had this before. I take an anti-psychotic (Geodon) but my doctor is not connived it's psychosis. I was hospitalized once for voices but they never really told me what they were.

I take Seroquel.

Do you feel safe? Have the last few days been more stressful than usual?

I'm not a doctor, but repeatedly hearing voices is psychosis. Psychosis means that your contact with reality is impaired. Hearing voices (not your own voice) is a hallucination. Hallucinations are false sensory experiences (hearing, seeing, touch, smell, taste).

If you feel safe, then stay at home and don't make any major decisions.

And keep posting.
Thanks for this!

I used to take Seroquel. Yeah I guess I'm safe. No, I'm not unusually stressed. I'll keep posting. Thank you!

Can i ask do you have OCD ? Because i do and i get thoughts that tell me to hurt people or ill die i also hear voices as well on top of that i can understand how destressing it can be

but remember nothing bad will happen they will not kill you and you will not die
keep telling yourself that and keep fighting the voices
