I sometimes wake up feeling drugged and have thoughts people are drugging me. Could this be from psychosis? I don't drink or do drugs. I take prescription medication but my dosage hasn't changed recently but it's worse recently. Does this happen to anyone else?

I sometimes feel really sluggish & dazed in a morning... usually if my mood/anxiety is playing up.

Sort of like I fall back into a deep sleep after being awake for a bit at 5-6ish only to wake up shattered at 6:40ish. Struggle to get out of bed but I always do & within an hour or so I feel awake.

I feel that way sometimes too. A lot of times, it feels like I've dreamed something that I can't recall and I feel really "out there"

I'm usually myself midway through the day. I try different grounding things and what helps me the most is a mindfulness app I have on my phone.

Hope you cycle through it quickly. It's definitely not a pleasant place to be in.
