I took half my sleep potion and substituted benadryl for the vistaril because I get such horrible restless leg lately. I miss using the vistaril though. It's a brilliant combo for sleep, but if something wakes you, you'll be very weakened in your body, and you could have some scary amnesia.

I like taking tiz regardless of whether I take the benadryl or vistaril. I think it's better with the vistaril, but the vistaril is useless for restless leg.

Good morning =]

My psych nurse/psychologist isn't here to give me the injection so someone else that doesn't have experience with it is going to do it which is scary o.o

Still in hospital. Got started on abilify and I fainted this morning. Doctor's don't believe the faint had anything to do with the meds.

It's officially the start of a moderate dieting phase. I can't believe how much weight I gained. I'm so stupid, when it's so hard to lose it, imprisoned in my apartment here.

i Fd up and texted my T too much one night. he basically said it was too much. i said im sorry. he said its ok and he understands that i am struggling right now. that hes not mad and he does care. i cried a lot that night. but i had to wait til i went to bed to do it BC i was at my mom's house. he keeps saying that its understandable bc i am struggling a lot right now. i feel guilty and bad for doing it, and stupid, and embarrassed. i am going to back off from the texting. i know hell want to discuss it but i dont. cant we just like pretend it never happened and i wont do it again? lol.... avoiding things--- my number 1 skill. he told me it isnt a big deal but it feels like one to me. i guess i took it as a rejection. anyway, we have a game night tonight. i want to go but im nervous. i will probably go... but feel shy and reserved and timid around him.

I would feel exactly the same, junkDNA, but all he really did was try to reinforce boundaries. He wouldn't be a good therapist if he didn't. But I still know how it feels, from times in my past.

Remember! 5mg increase per day until you can't breathe! Then the Cogentin until you can't see!

Abilify made me faint too, they didn't believe I had really fainted so were shouting at me to get up lol

Saw a psychologist for the first time today, she's giving me 5 sessions to assess what type of therapy would benefit me the most. I feel like I over shared, but maybe I'm just not used to talking about things. I hope I didn't over share. I'm a little embarrassed

I wonder if this is the first time I've been put on ignore. Seems crazy to me but maybe that person is dealing with a lot of pain.

I'm having breathing problems again.

Heat flashes, exhaustion.

I need Cogentin.

Feels like I have to work physically to stay alive.

I wonder if I should go to the ER and get some or to the pharmacy and get the pharmacist to prescribe.

If you can safely get yourself to the pharmacy and back do that, but if you really can't breathe ER may be your best bet.

They won't refill the Cogentin? That's terrible.

Did you take any benzos recently? They can cause hot flashes. So sorry you're not feeling too good right now.
