One week until college classes start, I'm super nervous, just gonna try to relax as much as I can this week, hopefully that makes me less nervous in the actual class.

One thing that it helps to think, is most people will be nervous about going too! So you won't be the only one.

I sometimes find being in the same boat as everyone else can help a bit.

I'm sure you (we!) will be ok.

I think the stress of interviews is affecting my symptoms. I heard shouting coming from the kettle and laughing in my music the other day and then today I heard crows really really loudly inside the building, which usually means it wasn't real so I'm guna assume it wasn't since no one noticed it.
I'm seeing the psychologist tomorrow and I don't want to go, I always leave feeling like crap. I feel like she's judging me.

I've been having more audible symptoms. Here I have also heard birds make unexpected announcements. Both seagulls, and maybe crows too. Very loudly. Of course I'm the only one here so no one would believe me.

I hope your appointment will not be too bad. I'm supposed to make an appointment for the therapist. Oh and I forgot, my ssdi assessment papers were in last weeks mail. I'm so afraid but I must get them filled out. How will I do it? I feel like my head is swimming.

Thanks, sorry you've been struggling. Can you maybe do a little bit at a time? Break it down so it's not a massive scary task

I'm glad you are out now at least. Hopefully things will calm for you soon.

My daughter had to read a book (wonder) and write a book report then she had a double sided 14 page math packet. We live in MA.

Hey guys. My dentist appointment went good the other day. I have to go back and get a few fillings this coming week but that's okay. I didn't get lost using the bus lol thankfully.

College starts on Sept. 6th here, got to head over there later today to drop some paperwork off. Yesterday was a new student orientation but I am going to one on the 2nd.

Phew! College induction out the way... went fairly well.

Relieved to be back though. I dare say there will be a period of adjusting to both the work & social aspect what with my anxiety etc. Looked to me like I wasn't the oldest person on the course & there might have been a slight range outwith that... although hard to tell.

I didn't sleep well last night, damn voices... had anxiety this morning so I did take a diazepam in the end. The induction was this afternoon but it still helped keep things in the normal range of anxiety for these things.

Timetable looks good. 3 days a week.. with monday & wednesday off so, slightly longer weekend & week is broken up which is nice.

A week and a half more of freedom now. Better make the most of it...
