Junkdna the reason for my doctor to ration my klonopine was I took 11 pills for three days to get high until I ran out, I ran out and asked for more, then he only gave me enough for a week, I really shouldn't have abused the medication

I am so grateful/glad most of my meds were prescribed since yesterday.
Now I have to call to reschedule the pdoc because I have no help with the stairs. But I'm very afraid the pdoc will disappear before I ever get to see him again. I have to get to the opthalmologist first. Scared and nervous. Too much damned anxiety. |

End of a nice day. Didn't do much but I did get out for a while. Settling in to watch some tv with my husband before going to bed. I hope I can fall asleep tonight.

Hey guys.
Had an interview yesterday to become a volunteer for Mind. The woman said she thinks I'd make a good mentor which is nice. The training is in October but that's okay because I'm going on holiday end of September. I read a really helpful article called understanding psychosis by the bps. It's completely opened my eyes as to what I believe about this "illness". I've realised that I don't see it as an illness, I see it as part of who I am. I want to learn to live with my experiences rather than being afraid of them and drugging them out of me. I know this view isn't helpful to a lot of people but it helps me. So yeah I've talked to my bf and I've stopped taking my meds. I feel free. They were making me so tired all the time but today I've woken up feeling fresh and awake for the first time in months! I also think they've made me put on weight so I can't wait to get that off again. I feel like everything depends on your perspective of things, and I've changed my perspective so things should be better this time. I'm sorry if this angers anyone, I know this forum is very pro meds. |

Ugh. **** start to the day...
I had my first proper asthma attack. Wasn't especially severe itself but apparently it raised my carbon dioxide levels too much leaving me feeling confused/dazed for like an hour. Was really hard to have a conversation with the doctor. Almost back to normal now but my doctor told me to stay home today, so no college. __________________ The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. I hope you feel better soon Loial.
I'm at my day treatment program. Gotta meet with my therapist, get my shot, 2 groups then off to school. I have 2 classes later today, psychology and first year seminar then off to the library to read , take notes and work on assignments. __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi
