Waiting for class to start. My small goal for today is to take out the trash abd clean the kitchen. I will make it through this depression episode one way or another. Glad tomorrows Friday.

Been having bad delusions, mom is taking me to the doctor today for an emergency appointment. Scared he might put me in the hospital again.

So I take Effexor, gabapentin, haldol, Latuda, ambien, Ativan, lamictal and Zoloft. Anyone know what causes jaw clenching? I know it's not the Zoloft because I just started it but I've been on the rest for a while. My jaw is always hurting. I will actually take an Ativan to try to ease the clenching.

so today is my dad's Anniversary to his death this is what I wrote on Facebook

we are going to spread some of his ashes tonight incognito on soccer fields because he spent 25years with soccer and fought hard to get those fields.

sorry about your dad. mine died when i was 10.

Got put off of Risperdal and onto a large dose of Zyprexa.

Hope you feel better soon....

I don't know, but one of my meds, or a combination has my jaws clamping shut, snapping shut, and I'm biting my tongue and cheeks frighteningly fast.

I'm very afraid of my ophthalmologist appointment tomorrow. My friend is coming here tonight but he's been very upset earlier and I don't know if I can help him feel better. I'm so worried and I just don't want to go tomorrow.

Today was a much better day. But my wrist hurt and I don't know why.

Ouch! Mine just clenches.

That's bad too because it must be causing tension headaches. I need to get my meds refilled by Monday, I hope the providers there will refill them. Im so sad and upset today. My friend is supposed to be on the way but he's upset because he lost the keys to my apartment. I hope he'll be feeling better. Sorry for rambling!

The keys are his copies. I have my own set here which I'll probably have to lend him. I love him so much and he was so upset.

I have to go pay the bill for my sons braces today. Other than that I'm few most of the day. Tonight I have the movies with my daughter. For now I'm just going to take a nap.

Went to the dentist today after class and found out my appointment was yesterday. I never miss appointments, that's weird, I have it written down too.

Have to write another paper yay! (not) lol but I am feeling really good, I don't think it's necessarily the wellbutrin because it's only been 3 days but I am not feeling depressed anymore. Like a weight has been lifted, I feel better mentally and physically.

I don't know if any of you are familiar with Amy brown but she does fairy art. She put a bunch of original drawings on sale for $15 each. I got this great Halloween themed one with a witch pumpkins ghosties and bats, then I got a print of a pumpkin guy and a haloween coloring book for $8.....really good pricing and beautiful work. This is in her etsy store. I also got some cookie stamps from sur la table....they are a spider, pumpkin and kitty with moon then some orange and black sugar sprinkles. Anyway I'm ready for Halloween!
