Ugh idk I think I'll stay in my current unit and get discharged earlier than addictions unit cuz I have no cravings or anything I'm fairly content with my mind. Only think I'm doing is smoking cigs cuz I'm bored.
My mom is going to visit on Sunday and the psychiatrist said I'm allowed a 4 hour pass from the hospital so we can go out today or something. |

Hi guys. Waitress in a restaurant touched me and it made me feel so paranoid. It felt like an attack, even though it wasn't. I've been home a while and took a PRN but I'm still paranoid and now I feel like people in my head are touching my back.
