Sounds crazy - but I really need a new vice.
I'm on the wagon and don't drink anymore. I also gave up cigarettes years ago and don't want to go back to that. But they were both great for calming me down when I was getting worked up or just to relax. Curious of any habits you have that are great for calming a chaotic mind. |

Listening to music helps me a lot----also I like to play with silly putty if I need to concentrate I can just do it with one hand while I'm thinking.

The Skeezyks drinks tea, listens to chant videos on YouTube, & does a sort-of walking meditation.
