Hi, justme, thanks, trying to keep my head clear, but it's only going one way.

I lost two new objects that I had since Sunday, I think. That isn't so good. And something else, which I can't remember what it was.

Maybe my earrings. I managed to buy another pair of the ones that were stolen, and they were quite safe here, I felt so happy to replace them until Saturday night, and since then they vanished entirely.

Wow the snow here is terrible......everyone came in late today.....

Saw my friend today went to a cafe. Two policemen came in and I didn't handle it great. Thought they might be coming to take me away. First time my friends seen me react like that.

The doctor also increased the gapapentin to 300mg.

I'm back from Belgium now. I had a good time.

I started a new book recently. The Shock of the Fall. It's a fiction book from the perspective of a schizophrenic... written by a guy who lectures creative writing and who used to be a mental health nurse. Won some awards for it.

So far it's interesting. The human aspect is definitely there but I'm not far into it so hard to judge too much about how accurate it seems since it's a lot of backstory.

I'm glad I've started reading again. It's weird how I've stopped wacthing TV or playing games, but have the motivation to read... although occasionally my concentration does slip.

I absolutely hate my doctor and this clinic so much. But i feel trapped. Like they wont let me leave. They might threaten me.

My doctor treats me like crap because he thiinks i have an alcohol problem. He treats me like a second class citizen.

Loial - I've read The Shock of the Fall a couple of years ago. I thought it was pretty good. Hope you enjoy it.

I just want different doctor and therapist so bad. I completely hate this clinic. Because i am labeled as an "alcoholic" i am not treated the same as someone with just mental health issues. Im suprirsed im not in their alcohol recovery prgam since thats what they think of me.

I messed everythibg up by telling them i even drink.

Today my doctor was like "you drink everyday right? Dont lie." Thats not how you speak to your patients. Thats not cordial and nice. Im ready to dump his ***.

I take it for anxiety too. I just meant I don't know what if anything it actually does. I can't tell if it helps with my anxiety or not.

Ive been on 100mg for a month now. I couldnt tell any difference. Thank you for your input
