The people watching waiting for me to makes mistakes waiting for me to be healthy and not mentally ill they watch me and there every where me i know there going to come for me at some point
went to one of the groups i use to go to but hadnt been there for a while its too loud lots of people shouting and the voices are loud too kinda didnt cope with that went to more relaxed group today not as many shouty people meant to be going to my nieces engagement party but there will be drunk people there and i dont want to go as am too scared to be around that many people i use to drink myself but i never acted like an asshole since stopping i dont feel safe around drunk people ...there too unpredictable

see they are watching us all of us ...if they can do that i bet there is a clip in my arm or chips in my head they have been spying on me for years now i have to stop them

am not doing anything bad i just worried we will have no money
the spires are the ones doing the bad things the government is bad
