What am I experiencing ?

I hear peoples opinions about me even from distances I shouldn't be able to hear from. They're always negative. I sometimes hear something said on the other room about me and when I ask why someone could say such a nasty thing about me they say they didn't and I can clearly see that they're telling the truth.

I sometimes believe that as a human you reach an age were you can communicate mentally with other people. I am constantly stuck in between believing that this is not real and experiancing otherwise.

As a masturbator whenever I am alone and pleasing myself I always hear people say "What a moron ?"
"He is so weak " "This guy disgusts me"

I need to know whether I am going insane or is it really real that everyone can hear my thoughts and see everything I do so that I can change my ways and adapt if this is all real.

Even family and friends I sometimes hear things that I think can't be rel coming from them but I don't understand because I seem to be hearing it and they'll be denying it when I ask them about it or the conversation simply changes in realtime to be about something else.

I need answers.

Hearing voices, or having thoughts come into your head, or thinking other people can hear your thoughts are all symptoms that are associated with psychosis.

It seems to me if you are posting here that you think that could be the case. Since you keep saying people deny saying things you hear, that could maybe be what is happening.

The best thing is to go see a professional like a psychiatrist and discuss it with them. We can't really help too much, other second guess which does no good.
