Idk feeling good today. Long day and happy for the weekend but felt good. Didn't even open my notebook to write notes. No extreme paranoid thoughts. I still hear people gossiping about me though but not as much. Hope everyone is doing well.

Theres a really cool app on iOS called Stigma: mood and anxiety tracker and journal. Its a little different than the rest because you can also find a penpal within the app and build a social network.

Just downloaded 4 alt-j songs to fit this rainy day.....the boyfriend is halfway moved out....he's going to spend weekends and Wednesday night with me and the rest of the nights taking care of his mom. The rationale is we will have more quality time on the weekends.....I think it's a good thing but this is the transition weekend so I'm feeling a bit lonely.....he's still with his mom running errands until about 4.

Anyone try Gabapentin or Pregabalin as prescribed? I tried them as research chemicals. Gabapentin didn't seem to do much but pregabalin was a good gabaminergic.

I'm so tired so thinking of asking psychiatrist to increase the Vyvanse again to 40mg because it does not effect my mental anxiety but these gabaminergics might help with it.

Just tolerance and withdrawal is not supposed to be good.

It's sunny and cool here. I sat in the shade and was freezing with every gust of wind. I flucked up my vape. It's so aggravating. Hopefully the juice that leaked will get Vaped off. I have to put Kleenex​ over the drip tip and keep drawing until the hot juice gets absorbed by the Kleenex.

This is just a cruddy day. No pt or ot etc. Weekends here are crappy. I'm lonely and afraid. And everyone here has mental health issues. The smokers mainly. I don't know if the whole place is like that. I can only observe the smokers.
