Have you thought about using headphones? Maybe noise cancelling ones to drown out your roommate's TV? It's not fair that she gets to watch TV and you can't, so def look into the headphones idea.

Agreed! That's my favourite topping. Though when I went to Milan a few years ago...actually, make that 10 years ago! ...I had ham and egg and it was AMAZING! Best pizza I've ever eaten!

Just tolerance and withdrawal is not supposed to be good.
I tried pregabalin before. Thought it was a complete waste of time. I only took it for a few weeks so the withdrawal was fine.

I'm not sure all of these stimulants are good for your brain. I can't imagine it knows whether it's coming or going what with everything you've tried over the last few years! That would also complicate your issues as it will be difficult to determine what's symptoms and what's side effects and withdrawal effects of all of the different drugs, possibly leading to inappropriate diagnosis and treatment. After I'd been on loads of (prescribed) meds for a few years, I took a pdoc-approved break from meds for a few months to work out what was my baseline and what was down to the meds. It was very helpful. Perhaps your pdoc would be open to trying that?

Thanks for the suggestion, Willow, but I dont think headphones can be attached to these TVs. If they did it would be great though.

Now the coil won't unscrew off the tank. Again. Nautilus tanks are hopeless with this over tightening issue.

Have you checked? Sometimes the headphones input hole can be hidden on the side or at the back.

Thank you! Yes, but I don't want to use up my data. But a little bit of YouTube isn't too bad.

Got unscrewed thanks to one of the smokers, but the coil is still flooded or I did it again. My friend isn't going to come here this weekend so there's no hope of getting pliers. This was a crappy day for vaping. I wish I had a few clean tanks here. I feel agitated and disappointed. :/

ETA: I hope it gets warmer where you are. I wish it would get a mite warmer here too.

Management said they would ban him from my place on Tuesday the 9th then on Monday 16th I got the word they weren't going to do that anymore it's frustrating!

Which sent me into a tAil spin I went to the ER on Tuesday after I threatened my life to my A&D counsellor I saw the pdoc on call he treated me like I was the average joe blow! He asked me where I got the word "invalidated" from I said I took community support social services diploma I know my stuff! He was like "you should go 'the club' and listen to people there, so you won't feel alone and afraid!" F*king jerk how does he know what I feel? He doesn't know me he thinks I still see dr. D I said no I have been seeing someone else for 2 years now dr. B! I can hire and fire who I want!

This is what I want to do. My Invega injection is in 3 days and I don't want to take it. I don't want to take the Zyprexa either. I'll stop the Vyvanse too.

It will be hell but I wont use drugs either and see.

what's the point of a mental health chat, if people can just manipulate you and take advantage of you when you're vulnerable?
