All I do is sleep...

Hey falcon, long time no see. I hope you at least wake up feeling rested.

Well, I guess it had to happen sometime, I have trouble with falling asleep right now. And the RLS is driving me crazy. Can only get one Benadryl here. I don't think they'll give me double. Oh God. And the bed smells like bandages and lately that's been a nauseating smell for me. Awful nursing home smells.

Well, I could try to get dressed and go to the dining room and listen to the radio but I don't know where the good stations are.

I have to get up and do my stretch exercise. I wish I could go home. I'm getting so hopeless here.

Thank you for asking. She has started dialysis. She is only 37. I am very upset. I am trying to focus on being hopeful that she will start feeling better.

At work at n Friday I was so tired I thought a leaf stuck in between the dock boards was minnow head for a split second, also it was very hard to pay attention or hear.

Morning. I went outside in the humidity and my hair lost its softness and slight curl from the hairdresser. Now its all frizzy and feels like straw.

This is why i do not go outside in the mornings!!!

Ugh my hair is partially ruined
