i get the feeling that people dont know what to do with me

Hey guys. Had a good day. Nothing exciting. Just waiting now to watch some tv with my husband. If he ever gets in the shower been talking about it for 15 minutes already lol.

I've barely slept this week. Too much worry and stress.

Thank you, valley. Everyone seems to think I might be doing better, at least with the physical therapy, and the conservator did say she thinks I should move to that place in the nearby town, but I haven't seen it. The point is, she's a lawyer, and she can convince a judge I'm better. I should have been allowed to go to my own hearing.

Anyway, I just need to cope as well as I can. I have another worse fear, that they'll tell me I'm not getting better and that they recommend shock treatments. I would expect that from that person at the hospital. They don't do that there, though.

And my friend says he won't marry me.

I found out i got a pell grant for summer for school!!!

I don't know if I'm just not having symptoms right now or if I'm just too tired to have the racing thoughts...

I'm tired but I can't sleep... bleh.

5:30am. Woke up at 4. I think im up for the day.

Next time anyone told me that I'd say to them "Many people without mental illness can design a spaceship, bring Independence to their country, or invent some medicines. What have you done with your healthy brain?", while smiling politely to prepare myself for an awkward pause in the convo.

Good morning.

I took my meds like 2-3 hours ago but still can't sleep. I find that Olanzapine doesn't put me to sleep as fast as Quatiapine. I am still drowsy for hours after I wake up though, but hopefully this side effect will fade away soon. Lithium still makes me having a flu like symptoms, just like the first time I was on it a few centuries ago. So yeah my body is still trying to adjust with the new meds.

Yesterday- Ugh not a good day was a metaphysical store with my mom and she broke something and had to pay like 50% of the price and it was a pricey!

The rhumetologist said I need a cane & cortisone shot into my joint. CT scan of my ankle!

Today - I woke up 5:30and I realized I didn't take my night time psych meds. It's now 5:51. So I took some meds I had laying around

mission accomplished

I eventually fell asleep.

It's just been a rough week with work and there's a sense of worry. Plus I didn't take my meds for a couple days that probably didn't help. I got a bit of sleep (still feel tired though) and took my pill so I hope for some better times ahead.

Walking up the stairs I suddenly don't feel real. Nothing feels real. I feel like I'm on a dream state it's weird.

My hair looks phenomenal. Maybe on Monday I'll ask the aide to braid it again but I think a few days of nothing pulled tight is good for it to not fall out. I'm so depressed.

Decided to celebrate my birthday today (its technically on Sunday) because I'll be busy all weekend doing math homework. I made a pizza and got some Ben and Jerry's brownie ice cream
