Hi Jokko I too would be interested in hearing more about how Open Dialogue helps you. My rehab pdoc has recently mentioned using it with me and said he'd get me some information on it as I only know a little about it, so I'd like to learn more.

All the best,

Open Dialogue is the mainstream system used in finland to treat psychotic dysorder is multimodal approach with multiple people involved in the therapy. the main component is the family and the guys that have triggered your psychosis first episode.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for this.

How involved is the family? I ask because everyone already listens to my mum way more than they listen to me, so I don't want her even more involved.

And what happens if your experiences weren't triggered by anyone/anything??
