In about 3 and half hours I will be going to a psychiatrist.. for the first time since 6 months.. The last one sent me straight to the psych ward (or at least tried to)
I don't even know what to tell her, because I am used to talk and talk to my psychologists.. so what do I do, what do I tell her.. oh m god my stomach is in knots..

But, it's so long.. I don't want to waste her time.. I know this is her job and everything but do I tell her all of the delusions and hallucinations? Do I mention my DID and Bipolar? Do I tell her the good and bad or just the bad?? Oh here goes nothing

I think they wouldn't be able to help you if you didn't tell them all the truth. But I understand how it is making you nervous, I feel nervous (freak out to be exact) too anytime I'm about to meet my psychiatrist. Hope it goes well

You tell her everything. They can't help you if you're not upfront.

are you diagnosed with DID and bipolar?
i would think that that would show up on your medical records, so you may not have to mention it

but you will definitely have to mention how it affects your life, what difficulties it gives you and what you'd like to fix

Oh it went so smoothly. I told her about the woman who is following me, I told her that I don't really want to remove all of them but only some, I didn't tell anything about DID because it doesn't really affect me badly, and she said that she doesn't think that bipolar is a real problem as well. She said that if I have anything close to schizophrenia that it is only minor, and that we will work with it.

Thanks for this!
