My special 2 disc edition of RENT came in the mail yesterday. I used to have a regular copy but someone borrowed it several years ago and never gave it back.
I saw this move during a 30 day inpatient stay in a psych hospital for attempting suicide when I was 14. I love it! It means a lot to me. The story, the music is amazing. I have "No Day But Today" tattooed across my wrists.

Spent some time by the canals recently; walking the dog, a canal festival where all the boats were decked up with flags, and a ride on a canal barge! I even got a go driving the barge, but I was really crap because you have to steer the opposite way to the way you want to go and that's way too complicated for my little brain! lol
