I wish I knew the answer. Maybe try something that will distract you.

Not sure but did you see the episode of futurama where fry gets a tin foil hat because he could read everyone's thoughts and basically it deterred others from reading his thoughts too!
Not suggesting that you wear a tin foil hat but it might give ya a laugh

What meds are you on? If your not on any medication then maybe you should seek a doctor as soon as possible. If you are on medication then its time to improve your med cocktail. No one should suffer like this. ((hug))

What do you mean by "ways to speed up psychosis process"? Are you trying to increase psychosis again?? Or do you mean speed up the recovery process??
Personally I find dark sunglasses and avoiding eye contact helps prevent them reading my thoughts. It's not foolproof, but it does reduce it. I've always been curious if tinfoil would actually help, but I'm too worried about what people would think to actually try it... *Willow* |

I don't understand the fear of mind reading. I experience it constantly myself. I have nothing to hide from others because I use the logic that if they can read my mind then they already have powers that allow them to know everything anyway. When I experience mind reading I think loudly "really?!", as a way to tell them this is ridiculous and I know what is going on. Even if it is a delusion it gives me a sense of control in an environment where they are possibly in control of me.
