Is it possible you can see a social worker and see if they can do anything else for you? Can you apply for food stamps?

It was like this until I hit a plateau..

There is willpower but then there is your brain telling you you'll just die without the second cupcake.
Yeah I used to cook all my meals... I don't think a big change like paleo would be a good idea, rather just eating normally but restricting my portion sizes.

Like I used to have 3 meals a day and 2 snacks but have recently cut out the snacks as on olanzapine that's too much plus I guess I'm not exercising much at all.

I'm fortunate though, I've not stooped to the level of stale cupcakes...

Cool! I saw on FB that some woman complained that it's the day her kids go back to school so could they reschedule it for the weekend!

We had a total eclipse when I was in high school one summer and I remember going out with my family with pin holes in card to see the shadow on another piece of card! Old school! Lol Eclipse glasses sound much better!

That's good that you seem to have some ability to control it. I couldn't at all on mirtazapine, quetiapine and olanzapine. Like I would eat to the point that my stomach was hurting from how much food I'd eaten, and my brain would be SCREAMING at me to eat more, so I would and I'd be crying because I couldn't stop myself. I'm NEVER like that normally! And yet my stupid b**** of a pdoc would just tell me to "eat less and do more"...I wanted to punch her in her stupid face! Grrr!

But cutting out alcohol is an easy way to reduce calories and lose weight. Good luck! Sounds like you have a good plan to follow.

I'm only 1kg from my target weight since I'm off the olanzapine!

I have random SH and SUI urges WTF

I am not even sad, I guess it is just too much energy, I am going to do some exercise.

I have sleep problems too, hydroxyzine helps me and I hope my pdoc gives prazosine a try on September.

Almost 2 AM here and I can't sleep. I am not sleepy at all though I took my meds hours ago. Also my mind is racing. Good thing is I can finally talk here when Roll Call is active instead of reading all the posts while everyone is asleep

Look up meetup.com for people with similar interests. There is a meatup (that was a misspell but I had to keep it! ) In ann arbor for nerds, that's what they labeled themselves for some reason, and they will be going over schizophrenia and the mind body problem. Could there be a topic better suited for me??? I'm ready to slay. Hopefully I can take off work to get there. My boss is a stickler and pouts when people take a day off in august because its the absolute busiest time of the year.
Thanks for this!

I have been googling it because I have no idea what it is. Is it related to radiology or something? I have to do a similar thing when I finish my degree to be a pharmacy resident in a hospital.
