57.5 total hours so far this week. Next week I believe I will have about 60, unless I work the weekends also. One thing I like about my work are the brothers I work with all day long. We restlessly have each other's backs. There's always witty banter back and forth, and, even though I can see the tiredness in their eyes, they try to stay positive. These stressful situations are similarly found on dangerous travels on the seas where, through suffering, people tend to step up and keep pushing and knit closer bonds.

That's not abnormal at all. I'm pretty sure you're suffering from PTSD from what happened to you. I hear PTSD can also cause you hallucinate in some people. I'm no doctor but I think you should be totally honest with her. I'm sure she wont get mad or upset at you about it.

i am just worried that she will start telling everyone what i told her,
like, i am worried she will tell my parents or my previous therapist or other therapists in the clinic :s

i will try my best to stay honest with her, but its really scary knowing that she knows now

It was a really big step to tell her. She certainly shouldn't be telling your parents and I'm sure she will only discuss it in a professional manner if at all with other staff.

Quiet here so far, I guess everyone is sleeping in today!

I'm just having a quiet day myself...

You have HIPPA rights. She can't talk to anyone without your permission. Did they catch and punish the rapist? Your ex-therapist probably already knew by your behavior and your answers to some of her questions. Don't worry she can't help you if you are not honest with her. She took an oath that states "first do no harm". She could get into licensing trouble if she breaks that rule.

Hey everyone, how are you doing?

I'm feeling a little better today. To my shock, I was approved by Telia (Finnish cellular provider) to use credit to get myself a Galaxy S7 to replace my Honor 7 since the repair didn't go well and resulted in a partially broke phone. I ordered a Spigen tough armor case and a glass screen protector to make sure screen cracks do not happen with this device. I want this phone to last me the next few years at least.
Thanks for this!

You did the right thing. I know it must be scary but it's also a big step towards recovery.

Just got done eating breakfast, I had some scrambled eggs and toast. I still am paranoid about going home because of my neighbor, yesterday was just too much so I stayed at my mom's last night. I am going to have to go over there today though because I need to do laundry.
Thanks for this!
