I have been "officially" challenged to solve a computer problem. I think it will be so fun.....the bf is having issues installing some flattening program that needs to speak to the main program via a program called rabbit mq....it's having an issue with authentication failure.....if anyone knows anything about rabbit mq or good resources to try I'm not above a little sneaky teamwork

Buying a case was one of the best $13 dollar investments I have ever made. You might also want to buy insurance on the phone. Isn't Nokia Finnish? They use to make great phones, then they went all Microsoft and mircosoft bought their phone division and it all went to hell. pfft. Did the Galaxy S7 have the battery problem?

Sounds like you might need a patch to update rabbit mq. Is this a mac or windows?

I used to have something from Nokia called an n800... they could have had the first smartphone if they had just put a phone in it but everyone thought it was too big to be a phone, haha with the plus size that are like small tablets.

Anyway n800 was a Linux tablet the size of a modern phone but with no phone only wifi....and it had a base of developers for apps but they were unpaid so had no desire to work. Can you imagine if they had just done it right now big Nokia would be.

Yup, Nokia is Finnish. Or was... I may look into insurance as well, we'll see. The Note 7 was the one with the exploding battery issues. From what I've understood the Galaxy S7 was thankfully exempt from that problem.

It's a virtual server on windows I think....this is way above my knowledge base but would love to smoke him on this haha. it has to communicate to another server....something about a port issue but he thinks the port is ok because the other agents are working ok, just the flattening one which is new is having issues. Rabbit mq is communicating between servers with the other agents just not the new flattening one....

I know it's a long shot but isn't it intriguing to have a problem like this to work on.........

omg. The n800's specifications were crazy. That was definitely ahead of its time. I think the iPhone wasn't made until 2009. I think the next big leap in computing is to have computers that have sim cards, and they'll be as small as a mobile device but will run the full version windows OS but will be able to dock anywhere. They might be foldable from what I've seen. I wish battery life technology was better.

My friend has a S7 and it's a beautiful phone. I believe its water resistant too. Plus it has a headphone jack unlike the iphone7. lol Not having a headphone jack was a stupid move by apple. My friend's apple jack have been failing them.

Try unplugging the computer, opening a windows, and throwing it through the window. That should solve it.

Agreed! I just am very terrified of handling a phone with glass on both sides :P the case and screen protector are probably coming at the end of next week, so once I get the phone I'll put it aside until I get it protected. I don't know what Apple was thinking removing the headphone jack on their phones...

Tuesday! I wasn't told to stop taking the meds in the meantime so I'm just going along. I hardly slept last night I felt great and still feel great love it. Even with drinking I'm invincible shhhh.

Well that's why lots of us are going for an iPhone 6/6s instead of an iPhone 7 I don't know what the iPhone 8 will look like, but also there is a point to get an otterbox for all iPhones because they are incredibly fragile! Mines been in one since I got it!

I don't see the hype in S7s but there is lots of other nice phones out on the market I rather get if I was to switch!

I just hope u get what you pay for and not something that's too much to bargain for!
