Yes, exercise will really help. When I was about your age I walked home after work (over the Brooklyn bridge), and went swimming too at a nearby gym. Everyday. I hope you will find walking very invigorating and successful at burning off weight. You can do it!
Thanks for this!

Does anyone have the apple watch?
I'm thinking of getting one for my son for Christmas. He could track all his running on it. But I can't tell if he can text from it.
Anyway. If you have one, is it worth the money?

I had the 2nd generation apple watch for months before i sold it to my mom. Its very worth it. Yes you can text on it. But not by typing. Its voice-to-text texting. You speak into it and it puts it on the screen. The second generation also has GPS so if he runs he can track where he runs on a map on the watch and see how many miles he ran.

The only reason i sold it is because i dont exercise. And i never used it. Partially cuz wearing a watch is not my thing. I barely wear bracelets. So a watch was a no go.

They run 399 for the second generation.

Let me know if you have anymore questions!

Thank you! I'm looking at the series II Nike one. It looks like it would be perfect and I'm glad to hear he can text with it. Definitely moved to the top of my must buy list.

That's awesome. He loves gadgets and technology. He just bought his first iPhone and he knows more about it than I do. I blame the iPads for that. He's was an iPad junkie. Now he just uses his phone.

Yea the good thing about the iphone is that its like all the apple products in one.

Its just like how steve jobs introduced the very first iphone at the Apple keynote in 2007. He introduced it like this: "a phone...an ipod....a messenger" and when he said it a second time.."A PHONE...AN IPOD..." everyone broke into a great applause because he was trying to make them guess by giving all the clues of what it had. Its revolutionary. Its an ipod, ipad, computer, etc all in one. I do everything on my phone. The only time i ever use my computer anymore is to skype and sometimes school cuz i have to type papers. I do EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING on my phone.

I use my phone for everything but work. I have an iPad but I don't use it. The phone is easier. I'm stuck on iPhones now. I don't ever want to switch.

I had android for years. I like the iPhone better. I'm not very technologically intelligent so I need ease of use.

I switch back and forth between my phone, laptop, and desktop. Depends on what I'm doing. If I need to multitask, I use my desktop cause I have three monitors which gives me a load of real estate. If I'm just doing one or two things I use my laptop or phone.

Good evening/afternoon everyone. How are things going?

I'm okay, a little bit sleepy today. I got my case in the mail, and turns out I grabbed the Galaxy S7 Active case by accident. So I will have to return it. If I have to pick out a case again, I may as well order an OtterBox Defender and go all out on my phone protection since I can't get insurance on the device.
Thanks for this!

I have an otterbox and it has saved my phone on multiple occasions. When I first got it I couldn't find it. Eventually I noticed the dog chewing on something. It turned out to be my phone. My case doesn't look great but the phone was perfect. Don't even get me started on how many times I've dropped it.
My son got a lifeproof case and loves it. He took it into the shower to make sure it was waterproof.

So my sons cross country practice went well. He ran with the seniors! The kid is in great shape and has tons of stamina. He wasn't even sweating when I picked him up. I think this will fit him perfectly. Now I just have to buy him some more gear. He has 3 practices and a meet every week. It's too bad it will be over before he gets his apple watch to track but I think he can find something on his phone to use.
Anyway I just wanted to brag on my son a bit. He's an amazing kid.

I do everything on my phone too. I've never had anything Apple, but I love my Androids. The one in my hands is often dysfunctional and I was never in a place to send it back this past year, being locked up since March, but I fell in love with the specs on paper (except for the lack of nfc), and if this model weren't flucked up, it is close to a major flagship of 2015. Just midlevel this year though.

I haven't gotten a case for this either, but I've been using cases since 2013. I read on here, post on forums, used to do my banking, bill paying, everything. Sometimes take pictures, even though I'm not that great at it - I take pictures usually to have evidence that something is or is not happening, used to record my sleep so it could pick up the sadistic man's voice - I never got a good recording, though. But I can do much more on this than I'm even aware of. I tried to get into my Unix Shell account but couldn't do it for some reason. I had downloaded a Unix Shell interface but I couldn't get it to work so far. Oh well. If this phone didn't have defects, it would have been my favorite one.

Forgot to say, listen to music, watch videos (some really great old shows on YouTube), learn about stuff, just everything.
Thanks for this!

That's the one thing I don't like about my phone. It takes terrible inside pictures. I think it is better in the newer phones but mine sucks. My last phone took awesome pictures. I miss being able to take pics with my phone.

Just got back from group and my gabapentin affected me immensely. I talk SO much even interrupting people talking. Ive NEVER done that. I usually dont talk. My pss was impressed and happy that i talked tho. Even talked about my mom.

I still feel hyper and hypomanic from the gabapentin and i almost got into a couple of accidents driving because i just wasnf paying attention.

Maybe you shouldn't take the gabapentin when you have to drive if it's effecting your focus. That's scary.
