Good afternoon everyone. How are things going today?
I'm okay, hung out with a couple friends today. Now going to Goodwill and somewhere to eat. I've been hearing voices a lot today though. Might be cause I missed my olanzapine dose the other night... |

I think i just had a panic attack/anxiety attack. It wasnt really horrible, but for about 20 min i felt like i was gonna pass out and couldnt breathe. My heart is still kinda beating fast and stuff but i think ill be ok.
