Just got off phone with Nick, he is in Tokyo now ready to go to SP’s state. I need to do a lot of laundry today, my closet is empty and the laundry pile is huge.

Kierkegaard Newtus, Nick will love it, he’s into Kierkegaard.

Anyone play Township here? I’m going to do gaming all day today.

Sufjan came out with a hits album recently, it's called the greatest gift. It's okay. I like the Live Lewis and Carrol one more.

evil spirits like to torment me... dead children haunt me. Demons stalk me... I can't live like a hermit in my room with music consistently playing while on my computer complaining about my life. Death sounds nice no matter how you look at it. I'm going to die anyways... might as well get it over with.

Erti, I think about death all the time, but there is always something i want to finish before... Like for my books... the stories can't finish themselves. Do you have any passion projects that can ground you when you start to have these dark thoughts? Short term for me, book. Long term for me, Star Wars episode 9! hahahaha

It doesn't sound easy to put up with, all of that. I wouldn't want to be haunted. I wondered if the subject of my auditory hallucinations were supernatural and only I could hear it. Hallucinations suck. I have also spent a lot of time listening to head phones trying to drown him out. A horrible way to live.

But you have a nice boyfriend now and it's otherwise a good time to live. I hope you'll find more meaningful reasons to live. Roll Call 110Roll Call 110

I forgot to call my pdoc today about that... I tend to freak out when med changes happen. Last med change I ended up in the hospital... I don't plan on going to one... not on Christmas again.

I can definitely understand that. Write it down to call your pdoc tomorrow. Maybe they should temporarily let you use the old one while they're putting you on a new one, even if the old one doesn't really work anymore. It could still help stabilize you in this meantime phase. But ask your pdoc tomorrow!

It's not that the old one work... the reason they are putting me on the new one is because I haven't had a period in over a year and a half. My prolactin levels were high.
Thanks for this!

Oh wow, ok. Well, maybe it's ok to take it just until the new one starts working.

Morning,

I’ve been researching the Google Pixel 2. Looks pretty nice. I might be tempted to get that over an iPhone 7. I know I miss iOS but damn does it sound nice.

Guess I got a few months to decide. I mean, I could pay an upgrade fee and get a new phone sooner, but it’s currently at like £100 fee. Tempting in some ways though. Haha.

Even with the metformin? Usually that takes car of prolactin. How are you feeling now Erti?
