@Desoxyn my wifi used to crap out often the past few years in the summer. It was a problem with the cable company. I was very grateful for my cell data at those times.

I just told him what i told yall. He just said he respects that i want marriage before kids and he would honor that.

Im sure he doesnt want to lose me to if he said it that quick. I think he thought what i said was me trying to break up with him.

Starbucks workers could pay $23,000 for 4-year tuition - Jun. 20, 2014
Quote:
Workers who are admitted will receive a scholarship from the college that will cover 22% of their freshman and sophomore year's tuition. The remaining balance will have be paid out of pocket by the student or through traditional financial aid.

Workers completing their junior and senior years will get a 44% scholarship from ASU. The rest of the cost will be taken out in student loans which Starbucks says it will pay off after students complete each semester.
ASU pays the fund, they say it pays for itself, because more students means more money they are quoted saying. Notice that it's only ASU online. But that's not shabby at all.

Do you have a special focus in philosophy yet? Mine was Phil. of Psychology and Phil. of Mind. The two overlap beautifully and seamlessly. There was a recent opening for those two fields at Kings College. Man, What i would have given to be able to throw my hat in the ring! I would have my PhD by now. I probably would have gone to MSU or UofM.

Existentialism is still very popular. I follow some cool ones on twitter, like Skye Cleary. Stoicism is making a return it looks like, meh. Multiculturalism in philosophy markets is starting to push hard. There aren't many women in philosophy, so by most you will be greeted happily because we need women in the field. 70% of philosophers are male in academia. Which is weird because in the rest of the liberal arts its about even. Maybe it has to do with essentialism, but one woman said it was because of sexual harassment and impossible standards... I felt the impossible standards myself though, i did snap my second year after all. Simone De Beavoiur is a highly respected existentialist. Existentialist Comic on Twitter has her as his avatar and likes her the most because of her frankness, out of the rest of the existentialists. Let me know what your area of focus is!

From what i read, they were trying to preserve the battery by slowing down the CPU exponentially. They were severely throttling the older CPU's. If i need a new batter ill get a new batter, don't make it so everyone buys a new phone every 2 years. I bet they are going to be pressured in correcting that.

It was a gamble for them. Make their products last longer, but nearly useless it seems. They lost this round.

That's a good one. You want one that will keep you busy mentally for the rest of your life so you don't get restless in it.
Edit: Absurdblackbear knows infinitely more than me about religion. He's a good resource

Soo....when my septum piercing was hurting the other day I started doing sea salt soaks on it again. Well yesterday the thing started bleeding for a few seconds and then draining a bit. Continuing to soak it twice daily. My nose doesn't look red anymore; nor is it swollen. Weird....I just want it to heal already. Once my septum and labret piercings heal I'll be getting my lobes re-pierced. I want to put captive bead rings in them.

Also thinking in the future about an eyebrow piercing...but I've read the process of healing with them can be very iffy. Anyone have experience with them here?

Is it bedtime yet? 10 o’clock on a Friday night and I’m ready for bed. I’m really showing my age.

I wish I was partying.
