I had this problem for months now.

I feel watched all the time even in the bathroom.
Why would I be watched?

I see flashes of light and a pale face. Sometimes I see this guy who is faceless with dark hair and clothes. I see him walking to where I'm walking right behind me.

Yes, I have talked about it with my therapist. He just said it was in my head.
It could very be just that.

I keep feeling like I'm being followed for some reason. Not by the government or anything like that.

Do you guys think I'm crazy?

You’re not crazy, you have psychosis. A lot of us with psychosis often feeling like you do, including me. It’s very common. Anti-psychotic medicine can help making this feeling away. Are you on meds?

If you think you still can control it then therapy would be enough but when it’s interrupting with your daily life then you might want to consider taking an anti-psychotic. Are you new to the forum? If yes then welcome

Thanks

I think I just needed to talk about it since I was hiding it for so long.
But if I keep feeling like this maybe I'll tell my psychiatrist.
