I have lived with continuous psychosis for over a year now and I’m able to control it, versus the psychosis controlling me, for over one year. 85-90% of the time I roll with psychosis; 10-15% of the time I’m out there unhinged.

It’s good, I believe, that you can recognise that you’re experiencing a psychotic episode. Is someone else your psychosis? You write of it as a “he” along with “a few others” being the psychosis? Who is the dummy? Who or what must “get smarter or the dummy will follow?”

If you can get beyond paranoia, you might begin to be able to not only manage living with your psychosis but actually being able to welcome and appreciate the power that you have in the other worlds. I believe that my other diagnostic symptoms aid me in this management, in particular a continuous mania & psychosis.

As I wrote, I only seldom feel paranoia; but I do have feelings of persecution quite often. Now, for instance. There are people whom erase me.

You may not be able to control the content of your worlds but I believe that you may be able to manage your reactions.

Just a thought.

It sounds like you're feeling pretty overwhelmed and frustrated right now. It makes sense for you to feel that way, and I hope you can find some relief soon.

I'm glad you have SSDI to fall back on when you need it.
