I'm grateful that I woke up on time for my appointment today, I've been missing so many different appointments recently cause my sleep has been out of whack. I NEVER missed appointments before. Ever. I even always get places like an hour early. I'm obsessive about things like that so its not like me.

I'm grateful for my medication. It really makes a difference

I'm grateful that warm weather is coming

And I'm grateful for my friend Stephen. The first person I've actually hung out with in years. Gratitude journal

I’m thankful for friends that help.
I’m thankful for play money that allows me to get frivolous things for the kids that they wouldn’t otherwise get.

I'm grateful that the sunshine is back! It heats up the flat so that I don't need a hot water bottle at the moment, I'm able to dry some washing, and I've been able to craft at my table in the lounge instead of in bed for the first time in months. Yippee!

I'm grateful for Maxy cuddles when I was ill in bed. He can be such a good boy sometimes! I'm also grateful that I'm starting to feel a bit better again.

I'm grateful for a quieter week ahead.

I'm grateful for bluebells (even though I got soaked), and cherry blossom, and forget me nots, and tulips, and pansies, and primroses, and all of the other beautiful tree blossom that makes Spring my favourite time of the year.

I'm grateful for 17 teeny, fuzzy, brown and yellow ducklings at the park the other day, which made me smile and cheered me up when I needed it.

I’m thankful for nature. There are few things as beautiful as trees and flowers bursting to life.

I'm glad that you are enjoying blogging. I will try to read your blog when I have time. I am curious though as to what you are enjoying about it? I find journaling very therapeutic, but that is completely private and unedited (which is actually helpful to look back on), so I'm struggling to understand the appeal of blogging and I would like to try to understand the benefits of it.

It is good that people do blog though because, for example, I found reading blogs about BPD helpful when they were trying to misdiagnose me because it really put the criteria into concrete terms that helped me be certain that they were wrong about me.

I’m grateful that I slept well last night and only woke up once. And I’m grateful for the gentle sound of rain I woke up to this morning.

It’s just gone midnight here. I’ve been thinking all afternoon how grateful I am to be free of the hospital. Partly because I bumped into 2 of the rehab staff today at a MH art exhibit, but also partly because of the 23rd being a significant date. Two years ago, I was sectioned on S3 (up to 6 months) after my S2 ran out (up to 28 days). Some 30th that was!! And a year ago, my S3 was renewed for up to a year (after two 6m ones, they run annually). So to be free of hospital today, and for the last 8 months to boot, is the best present I could’ve ever wished for! Instead of being treated like **** by MH staff, I will be spending the day on a walk with my nature group, and then going for a meal with my mum. I’m hoping there might be a bit of cake too
