Did you shower today?

I had to go out and teach a student. So, I showered, put my makeup on, and wore some decent clothes. I like showering but understand that it could be a chore for some.

I showered twice this last week. That's an accomplishment for me.

I haven't showered or bathe for the last couple days.

I used to have a really hard time taking showers. I would go more than a week without doing it and would only get in and clean off if I was forced too by my family. Now it's become part of my daily routine. I find that I feel better both mentally and physically if I shower and I feel more able to present myself. However, brushing my teeth is still a struggle. It's the same thing, I'll go a long time without doing it and only do it if I'm forced too. I'm trying to get better at it but it's hard. Just like showering used too, it feels like a chore or a job and I don't do well with those.

I showered today... yay. I used my stepdad's deodorant and I smell like a man.

I like men’s parfume/cologne, the ones for women tend to be too sweet.

I showered today but couldn’t bring myself to wash my hair, tomorrow tomorrow.

I prefer woman's deodorant and perfume. I love sweet smells.

I didn’t shower today. Been a couple of days. I’m going to shave and get a shower tomorrow though.

I haven't showered since Wednesday evening, but I have a routine of showering on Sunday evening while doing the laundry.

I shower every day,in the hospital I shower at 6:30am every morning and get dressed up,at home I wait till 1030am and don’t dress up.I prefer being in the hospital.
