I remember in the psych ward I was completely incapacitated and my dad had to cut my nails. He brought me out to the bench outside and cut my nails for me. That's basically one of the little things I remember.. (Because I wasn't taking care of myself).

Yeah, I got a shower today and washed my hair. I slept in until like 6 though! My alarm went off at 4:30 and I thought I had just hit snooze, but I turned it off and luckily I didn't have to be to work until 8 AM.

This thread always surprises me, then I look at myself, and I haven't taken a shower in 3 days so I totally get it. Saturday and Sunday I usually shower though. People just don't understand how flat affect and zero motivation effects us.
