Yes I took one in the morning, will take one again tomorrow night. I need to get a pretty shower curtain, I just have the liner now in my new apartment. I'll do that when I start decorating. There's some other thing's I'd like to get for the bathroom too. Like one of those suction caddies that sticks to the wall and can hold your shampoo bottles and whatnot. I need to get some nice lotions too, body scrubs, soaps

I got a shower the past three days and washed my hair. Mostly because my Mom has been bugging me about it. I can usually get a shower every other day without being bugged. I don't know why she is on my case. But anyway, day 3 of showering!

My negative symptoms are gone almost.
I've been showering etc almost every day since this thread was posted. The cold showers help to motivate me as well. |

yes, I did. My mom has been having me rinse my hair with vinegar because she said it is getting oily. So I did that and washed my hair today.
