took one yesterday but i bought some new shampoo and conditioner that i can't wait to try so i probably will tomorrow.

Showered. I am aiming to try and do two showers a week now. And eventually up it to every two days. I need to take better care of myself so I am really trying regardless of my motivation issues.

I showered last night. I've been taking them at night so I don't have to get up extra early in the morning when I have classes, which is also good because I don't have to deal with wet hair and being extra cold in the mornings when the temps are very low
