Hey guys, how's things going today?

I'm struggling today. Helped set up and take down stuff for a show today. Didn't perform in it though.


Otherwise I am feeling very insecure about my voice and vocals. That I am not good enough. That there are others I know are better in our band. I don't know if I will be able to properly learn piano yet either. I just want to cry. I am so insecure in my own confidence and ability to do things.

I'm just depressed right now.

Sorry about your scoliosis...

I have scoliosis in my spine too as well as arthritis but it doesn’t make it less painful I just can understand the pain.

Do you take any painkillers?

I like your singing voice. I am not an expert about this but just sharing my opinion, I think every singer has their own songs that suit their voice more. You (with the help of your band mates) just need to find what type of songs that suits your voice. I’m sorry you’re feeling depressed

Thanks and no I’m not taking any. I’ll get some if it’s still hurt tomorrow. Usually it’s better after I get enough sleep. I’m sorry you suffer with it too

Anyone ever hear bad news and instantly become emotional over it? Like you know it has the possibility to get better but just in that moment you just wanna cry?

Just took a 20 min walk

Okay I'm feeling a little better. Maybe some rest will be good. I need to find inspiration to get back to writing, practicing piano, setting up some dates to practice vocals. Gotta do this for myself. <3

I decided to start vaping CBD extract today to see if it helps my psychotic symptoms.

It’s supposed to be as effective as an antipsychotic....good luck!

Im depressed...

Dammit. My husband is sick out of no where. So weird. Sucks too because now I need to man the grill.
Bestest will be here shortly. So excited.
My house smells so good doubling up on the Pink Sands by Yankee Candle. Open windows. Burning candles. Cooking on the grill. Feels like summer!

I slept 16 hours and woke up feeling like crap

No wonder sleeping 18 hours a day made me even more tired..

Sad that I can't see my boyfriend tonight but hopefully I'll see him tomorrow.

He stuck with me during my psychotic break this spring. He's a great guy.

Took a 2 hour nap

Someone just bought a shirt from me on that app! Yay i sold a shirt!!!

I got about 5 hours of sleep last night. I set my alarm at 840am but didnt wake up until well after 930am, which made me an hour late for work. THat was the first time in 40 days that i've been late. It's okay, I worked an extra hour at work to make up for it. I'm exhausted right now, hopefully I can sleep better tonight. I'm preparing to dig myself out of debt. It might take until fall to finally get me on my feet. It's really helping that my boss is putting me on payroll.

On a side note, I come home and my roommate looked beat. She got into a fight with her sister about everything that has been happening in the news. So I sat and talked with her. After an hour I had to retire to my room to finally relax, but she went from her sister, to me, and then called someone else to talk more. I could never be as talkative as she is. It drains my energy so much.
