You should have a superviser buy some bee/wasp killer spray. I have to deal with those all the time. The good ones can spray at quite a distance.

I now take 100mgs of Seroquel and 2 15mg pills of Restoril which is a benzo. The half life is perfect for sleep. I still take Benadryl unfortunately. Whenever I feel especially tired I don't take it though.

She's not scary though. She's such a sweet heart. I like her more than my roommates dog who I cant even pet. :-/

My roommate's dog gets angry when he's on a benzo. He get's really scared when taken to the vet and poops everywhere, so she tried giving him a benzo, which is what the vet recommended. The dog would just get clumsy, run into things and get angry with himself.

Maybe an antidepressant would be better than a benzo
Of course I'm not sure how much dog Prozac is but Walmart I could get a month supply for $4

My doctor told me a benzo is an equivalent to taking like 7 shots of whiskey

Work wasn't so bad. I finished early and did so much running around that I can't even comprehend what I did. Now I'm just sitting waiting for calls on the radio.

How long is the Restoril supposed to last before you build tolerance? Or do you just take it PRN?

I don’t agree. I can take several mgs of Ativan without any effect. If I had 7 shots of whiskey I’d probably be comatose.

I think that's exactly the effect that one benzo has on the brain but not in terms of muscle coordination etc unless it's flunitrazepam (One roofie) or something.

The withdrawal should be like withdrawing from x times (Amount of benzos) 7x amounts of shots of whiskey taken every day

Home! I did it guys! I went on the big zip line across the river all by myself. I got to the top and almost backed out. I was like are you sure this will hold me lol. It was SO much fun. My kids took videos. All you can see is me spinning around with my legs all crazy in the air lol. I had a blast this week. I did things I never thought I’d do. Had to be brave in front of the kids. I was handing out of trees at 40 ft, climbing ropes and rope ladders, climbing through nets, walking across dangling logs...it was crazy. My son did all the courses. I did 2. You needed quite a bit of upper body strength for some of them and that’s where I fail. I have no upper body strength I cant even do a pull-up. My daughter did the 2 courses with me. She impressed me I thought she’d be too scared.
I swear as soon as I crossed the line back to my state reality set in. Life stresses, work, school...sigh.
My dogs were so happy to see us. My Henry is currently smooshing me in my chair. Can’t pry him off me ❤️.

It’s hard finding the perfect time to take my meds. I take them after dinner and I’m out by 730pm. Take them right as I go to bed I’m wide awake unable to sleep for a while.

My tiredness hasn't been too bad today. I know I'll toss and turn in bed for hours if I don't take a sleep aid... (Which might be a good sign for me lol)

That's what I thought. Doctor's around here just refuse to prescribe it I guess.

I take my meds whenever I eat enough calories. Latuda doesn’t make me tired. I only took 100 mgs of seroquel for like 2 wks because it had no effect so I really don’t remember if it made me tired.

My first pdoc after my hospitalization took me off of Xanax because they didn’t prescribe benzos. Replaced it with hydroxyzine which was little more than a sugar pill. Sucked too since I’d had a script for Xanax for about 7 yrs.
I prefer Xanax but my current pdoc prefers to prescribe Ativan because I am Szabo bipolar type and I guess Xanax can cause mania and sleeplessness in people with bipolar. I never had a problem while I was on it but whatever. I’m just glad to have something in my back pocket.
