so my therapist suggested we sleep in the nude to get decent sleep. lol

I couldn’t sleep naked...I worry about housefires and having to run outside naked. Those poor poor firefighters.

So guess what. I said “no” to getting a new puppy. My husbands cousin has irresponsibly bred his hunting beagles for profit. They called and asked us to take one and my husband actually considered it. I can’t support that. I one time bought a dog...my beloved lab. I caved and supported my cousins dog breeding business. Not something I’m overly proud of but once I saw him and my kids together I became a pile of soggy cornflakes.

maybe leave a robe beside you just in case of a house fire.

I need pjs and a blanket to fall asleep....no naked for me.....

My rib cage is so sore from climbing. It hurts to breathe lol. I took tramadol and it didn’t help. That is epic level out of shape.

They’ve also shown you need internal regulation and socks can help with that.....

Around 27/28 this was long before I got sick......during my grad school years......

I overdid it...

My head hurts from the depression that I got from negative “what ifs” thoughts that I got from my anxiety.
