I had my last therapy session today. Not sure how I feel about it to be honest. Also the clinic is gonna include me in a back to work scheme which helps people find employment. So hopefully I'll have another job soon.

I went to the lounge to wait for my vape and fell asleep in my chair, and almost missed it. No one woke me.

I'm having desperate feelings about getting away from here. I hope I can hold down a job.

It’s the specific genetic pattern that caused the psychosis combined with further loss due to aging of a specific protein grm3.....basically bipolar doesn’t normally do this but schiz does and the gene I have can cause either.....and I have two bad copies so that speeds things up.

So basic gist is some people with schiz or related conditions can get this but it’s not everyone.....

I’m just feeling unlucky between the cancer gene and this .....

Edited ...I just found out I can do cognitive rehab at my normal hospital! Yay!

Thanks 😀. Yeah it’s hard not to feel especially put upon right now.....I don’t know if you’ve ever read flowers for algernon but it’s about a mouse and a janitor given an experimental compound that increases intelligence....then it starts slowly slipping away....it has always been the scariest book I’ve read and now I feel like I’m living it.....

Hi guys! I worked early this morning because my son wants to go get a haircut and he has a 1/2 day.
I wish I hadn’t said I’d bring him. I’m so tired I just want to sleep. Didn’t sleep well last night. Woke the whole house up yelling in my sleep. That woke me up too lol. I have no idea why I was yelling.
I’m going to close my eyes for 20 minutes.

I've had to reschedule 3 appointments this week because of the crazy sleep patterns.

I want so badly to go to bed at normal times and wake up at the same time everyday

Hey,

I’ve not been up to too much today but still feels like a good day.

Watched some Mad Men this morning and then I’ve been playing Life is Strange since lunch. (Thanks FR )

What’s everyone up to today?
