Thanks Blue_Bird.
I’m listening to Air Supply lol. Hard Habit to Break. Reminds me of my ex. He was in a band and used to play it to me Roll Call 139. Such a jerk.
I’m going to redo my bathroom. Right now it’s 2 shades of blue. It’s pretty but doesn’t match the rest of my house. I’m am very umm “rustic” and the bathroom is just out of place.
I’m thinking moose. Just have to find a set I like now.

I read 6 pages of a preview of The Center Cannot Hold on Amazon. I couldn't read anymore because my brain wouldn't take in more. But I will order the book when I have some money next week.
Thanks for this!

Just got back from the store. Felt good to be in fresh air. I had a panic attack while in there though so I took a klonopin a couple minutes ago. I got a bunch of Gatorade and some chips to help with the sodium thing

Now I’m listening to Great White Once Bitten Twice Shy lol. Brings me back to my hair days. Next is Poison, Skid Row, and Motley Crew. Reliving my youth.

Did your doc say to eat more sodium...because my mom and the bfs mom both have sodium things (too low) and they said you can’t regulate it by eating more sodium you have to lower your water intake instead.

Sorry about the panic attack.

Feeling quite depressed. I see my therapist tomorrow. My dad came to visit and I hate him right now. He's so judgemental about everything and annoying.

I bought a shirt and a hoodie for 400 dollars. I probably shouldn't have but I like barely any clothes cuz my mom wouldn't bring my clothes here from the old house....

I drink quite a bit but I don't think it's enough to lower my sodium. My mom had low sodium too with the cancer and they gave her sodium pills

Trileptal (Oxcarbazepine) - Side Effects, Dosage, Interactions - Drugs

They seem to go about it in a few ways, IV sodium saline and lowering water intake

I called and left a message with my therapist (I don't think they were open today due to Election Day, but she works at the same office as my doctor and I can let her know whats going on and she can relay it to the doc. ) They are very fast with getting back to me. I just figured it's better to be safe than sorry and I was scared

I’m sure it’s the trileptal but I was Just worried about the treatment....IV saline works because it bypasses transporters and water reduction works if sodium uptake is impaired but getting sodium across the intestine is an ph dependent process and it will only go so far even if you ate like the shores of the Dead Sea so normally you need to do something to to affect water or otherwise bypass the transport. I’m glad you called your T.

Sorry you’re feeling depressed

If you’re at 8 cups (8oz each)or less you should be ok.....my mom was getting double that which can be fine with normal metabolism but once she started the chemo her sodium dropped too low.

Her tea cups were huge like 16oz and she would drink two then two ice teas of the same size at lunch, then more, she cut back and it immediately corrected.

I mean I’m not a doc this is just anecdotal but that’s what worked for my mom.

I work three days next week because of the funeral, and then three days the following week because of the Thanksgiving holiday. This month is going to fly by. Kit.

I have to get new kitty out of the guest room tonight and situated into my bedroom because my sister will be coming in and staying in the guest room for the funeral. I'm not looking forward to moving new kitty because she's still skittish and that's been her comfort spot. Kit.

Thanks I have been drinking a lot of water, coffee, and tea lately, like all day. I'll cut back and see if that helps
