Morning. Finished working.
I’m going to go hang out with my guy and his wife for a while. She needs some help with health insurance. I’m currently baking them beer bread Roll Call 139.
It’ll be a good distraction. I’m a little down today. I think it’s listening to music that’s doing it. So many memories Roll Call 139

No no I understand. But really no I was so caught up with election coverage and I was doing some stuff before bed that I thought I took them but apparently didn’t and didn’t realize until I saw the pills still in the container when getting ready for work.

I see my therapist in an hour. I don't usually wake up this early so I feel like a seroquel invega zombie and I don't think I'll be able to talk much...

Without seroquel I can lay in bed and not realize that I've been thinking for hours about multiple different things with racing thoughts.. Now my mind is quiet..

Yeah I know. Times before when I missed a dose I was really off like obsessively thinking of jumping out a window or flying off to New York or getting super paranoid and delusional.

I feel a bit off today but not bad. I feel like someone is constantly standing behind me and I’m staring off randomly but otherwise okay.

Just trying to take it easy.

Anyone else ever feel sedated on their AP meds? It's like it's hard to perceive the thoughts in my head. Kit.

I for some reason didn't feel very sedated on the max dose of the Invega shot I got every 3 weeks, yet I feel extremely sedated on my mood stabilizer Trileptal , very strange Roll Call 139

I felt that way with seroquel though, it made me extremely tired and it was so annoying because it also gave me very bad restless legs so I was exhausted but couldn't sleep cause I was up kicking all night

I don't feel sedated on invega 150mg every 3 weeks and seroquel just gives me a good sleep but I feel awake now. Abilify was sedating as hell because I was on the equivalent of like 35mg a day. In my brain..

Going to the electronics store now to buy the Samsung watch..

The gods of vaping finally smiled upon me again and let me have the first good coil in months. I filled with cinnamon roll which I'll probably order much less of it next time. I'm looking forward to Wrangler and maybe Ry4Life, and Stardust. Maybe another 10ml or two of new flavors.

Overall I’m disappointed in my state after the election.
Except passing an EPIC human rights law. I was briefly proud.
Had a nice time at my guys house.
Now I’m getting ready to go get my daughter for school. My son has his last XC meet today.
Very tired today. Not sure why. I slept until 5.

Cinnamon roll is almost all I vape Roll Call 139
I’m not really the experimental type.

You still vape? That's great! I thought you'd quit. The main thing I look for in new flavors is how much flavor they have. I liked Orange Tango which tastes like Tang but the flavor is too delicate for me really. I need strong tasting flavors because of my vapers tongue. So I try to find ones with strong flavors. If they had a blood orange it would possibly be strong enough. I'll have to browse the flavors a bit.

As if being mentally ill and on meds isn’t bad enough now I’m reading we’re polluting streams and rivers with pharmaceutical laden pee. And the animals, fish, and insects sometimes have a human dose of ADs in one day.
How friggin depressing.
