Hello,
I'm 31 and end of this month I'm going for the schizophrenia diagnosis. I also have bpd, dependent personality disorder and ptsd. What's best treatment for schizophrenia? I'm against meds they only made it worse for me. |

Meds are pretty much the only treatment in most countries and even where there are other treatments like cbt meds are still the most effective.
