Hey everyone, how are things going today?
I'm okay. Getting the apartment cleaned for my partner coming over tomorrow. Should be a good weekend.  I started my peak flow test of two weeks, measuring it morning and evening, with and without Albuterol. Then next month I have a spirometry test as well. Have my pdoc appointment at 930am. Filled out a ton of question papers about my mental health today during therapy. Then gonna hopefully get my Olanzapine decreased further, possible increase of Latuda. We'll see. I hope it works that way. Latuda seems to be the medication I do best with. What's everyone up to? |

Had a great time in my interpersonal and group dynamics class! Got into a good group, we're going to be putting together a service learning project. We decided to do ours with a senior center. We have to put everything together throughout the semester, get donations, do it then create a presentation and present it to the class about our project at the end of the semester

My Voopoo is beautiful. It's made for bigger hands though. I'm still waiting for the coil to be primed. Got 2 big dry hits last night, and a bunch of smaller dry hits this morning. So I took the tank off and put the Nautilus on and I'm getting it to work ok with that, at 9 watts lol. I have no idea when the charger will come.

The psychiatric nurse was here yesterday to catch up with how I'm doing. I was in a terrible mood and I wasn't friendly at all. She said, oh you smoke, don't you? Because I was outside with the smokers when she had first come in. And I said I'm a vaper actually. And her face got serious and she said (paraphrasing) of course you know that's not very good. Right, lady! I'd be much healthier with a.pack of cigarettes and an oxygen tank!
Where do they find these people? I can't wait until the damned coil is primed already. I want clouds! Vaping is an excellent remedy for anger because you can "blow them away" lol. Immediately give yourself some distance from their idiocy. |

Anyway, I have a huge amount of 10ml free samples from Vapewild, and I'll be able to use them with the Voopoo. I have to see how fast that tank goes through juice.

Hi everybody! What's everyone doing? I'm depressed like usual. It's been tougher this week. I met with a friend last night at Starbucks and she said that she thinks the depression has been worse for a while now. I see my PDOC next week but I know because I'm functioning, he probably won't do much. This sucks! Hugs if anyone wants one. Kit

I hope you're pdoc is able to help you Kit, if you feel you need something changed to help definitely voice your concerns to him about it, you've been struggling a lot and even though you're technically functioning I think it should still be taken seriously
I've learned along the years that sometimes you have to tell your doctor your not doing well and something needs to change and ask if there's anything they can do. they have so many patients sometimes they just rush through check ins and don't listen well if you don't push the issue. I'm thankful that my psych NP is so wonderful and listens to my concerns

I just got home. It's been a long but good day. I was able to go to the college's food pantry after my last class too so I have some stuff to help get me through

I found my makeup earlier today, while looking for my purse. This is great. I will be putting on makeup for my pdoc appointment cause I want to show I care about how I look.
The fact I have the motivation to do so says a lot.

Hey everyone! how are things today?
I'm good. Just got back from the pdoc. Things went very well. She's increasing my Latuda from 74 mg to 111 mg. Then dropping Olanzapine from 10mg to 5mg. If I remain stable for the next 6 weeks, then I can stop Olanzapine entirely.
