I've seen dark figures and shadows since childhood and theyve never taken a distinguished shape. Recently since ive been coming to accept going back to therapy, and realzing how my life is now; the figures have began to take a more distintive shape they e always been a deformed human like shape but now its being more noticable. Oof any thoughts?

Hey Spookydoggo, If you think therapy is a good choice for you then, yes, it may help you deal with your experiences in a positive way - assuming you're finding things difficult to deal with on your own. Are you? I mean, I've read about people who see shadowy figures or have unusual experiences etc., and many are okay with it. They find their own understanding. Also, avoid anyone trying to convince you that what you're experiencing is from some kind of negative realm, demons, etc. Don't go there, please. Find positive approaches and you'll gain some peace about it. So basically, those are some of my thoughts, Spookydoggo. Also, welcome to PC! |
