One of the worst possible things you can get in life is the belief that someone's out to get you, while knowing it may or may not be a product of your mental illness... but when you see falsification as an evidence, it hits pretty hard.

Paranoia is one of the worst feelings. I hope it passes quickly for you.

I can definitely relate, as a patient who is on the receiving end of some kind of persecution. Its hard not to feel paranoid in that predicament, esp when its been proven true that it happened before and recently, at least for my case.

The feeling of paranoia can be overwhelming. No matter how much truth and facts I would get, I'd still feel that my theories were right. Luckily medicines and hospitalization finally calmed me down a bit. Being in a community of others like me helps and gives a sense of security. I am not alone.
