I hope you feel better soon Blue_Bird. So much stuff is going around. Lots of people I know are sick, I'm sick too, it sucks! My Mom went to the doctor, he told her it was just a cold and that it would take 8 to 10 days to get better. She's on day 11. Not better.

Maintenance did their inspection. One of my cats disappeared into the closet, I couldn't find her and was freaking out because I thought maybe she got out when they opened or closed the door but I found her thankfully.
Eating dinner. I might make some coffee but I'm not sure yet

Talk about a mood swing. I'm suddenly feeling great.
Doc upped my haldol to 15mg, said that would definitely work. |

I broke down crying earlier when I was working through my ED workbook. It just hit me how serious things got and how lucky I am and I need to make serious changes. I don't know how I didn't see how bad things were, it was glaringly obvious on the inside and outside

A friend's mother had a psychosis and she's been through the ringer with poor quality meds and loads of side effects. She's on a better AP but she still is grinding her teeth. I'm concerned that it might be tardive dyskensia. Is grinding teeth a sign of that? Or is this something more like akathasia that Cogentin could solve? Could Cogentin work regardless? She's really suffering. Any knowledge would be very hopeful!

Does she grind her teeth while awake, asleep, or both? My wife was grinding her teeth in her sleep while on Lexapro/Cipralex. After she discontinued it it quit. |

She is always grinding her teeth. As I talked to her she talked through grinding teeth. So this is probably not TD?
Shes had this side effect on the shot Invega, then she got off that and was put on Latuda, but shes still grinding her teeth. I dont know what other meds shes on |

Thanks blue bird.
One more queastion, whats that blood test name of that test that figures out what meds metabolize or not in your system, so that a doctor knows what meds will work better? |

It’s just genetic testing...but typically pretty expensive....not all insurance covers it.

I always clench the right side of my jaw sometimes. It's like going for a smoke.. I clench it once or twice and then I stop clenching until I think of clenching again a few hours later..
It used to be different where I'd do it all the time. The adderall made me clench a little bit more today.. that means it is a good stim.. Coffee can do it too |

I think the reason Parkinson's patients clench their jaws is because their medication is dopamine like drugs..
My great uncle has Parkinson's and he hallucinates sometimes because of the meds. |
